Michelle is a graduate of CalU with a Bachelor of Arts as well as an Associate Degree in Commercial Art & Graphic Design from OAA.

After an unexpected change in her professional career path, Michelle joined our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager in 2022.  With a service industry, project manager, management and creative background, she is able to offer her clients a friendly, down to Earth and detail-oriented experience when it comes to insurance.

When Michelle is not working or off being creative she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ross and their families. You can also find her cuddling, walking, or enjoying time with her dogs (Brooks, Kennedy & Brandy).
