Michelle is a graduate of Cal U with a Bachelor of Arts as well as an Associate Degree in Commercial Art & Graphic Design from OAA.

After an unexpected change in her professional career path, Michelle joined our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager in 2022.  With a long history working in the service industry, wearing multiple hats in the world of creative arts, holding the title of project manager and working in numerous management roles, she is able to offer her clients a friendly, down to Earth and detail-oriented experience when it comes to insurance.

When Michelle is not working or off being creative she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ross and their families. You can also find her cuddling, walking, or enjoying time with her dogs Kennedy, Brandy & Leroy Jethro Gibbs.
